Please type the FIRST AND LAST NAME of the person who will be wearing the ring when placing your order.

Please DOUBLE CHECK the spelling of your name when placing the order. The way you spell your last name when ordering will be used on the outside engraving on the ring. There will be a maximum of 12 characters.

***VERY IMPORTANT*** Please include your EVENT name. (For example 4X1). There are up to 4 characters allowed for your event name. Please type this info in the "notes" area before checking out.

Rings will be delivered to your coach.
